Defeating Jackleg Joe and the 1080 spin

While there are plenty of video's already available on how to defeat Jackleg Joe and the 1080 spin, I'd like to contribute a couple more. So here they are:

Didn't know Jackleg Joe was hard enough to warrant tutorials on it.

Step 1. Shoot Smelters in the backpack

Step 2. Shoot Jackleg Joe when his shields drop

    Step 3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2

    Step 4. Win

I found an easy spot to do the 1080 spin. Go to overpass, then there is that valley right next to it. On the opposite sid eof the valley (from overpass) there is a rock formation that makes a Y formation (sorta.) If you hit that just right you can get enough height for the 1080 spin.

This was with runner skill of 20, so it might be harder with a lower skill.

I've seen a few threads of folks having a hard time getting thru. Some exceeding the point of frustration and vowing to quit the game (don't think they really have tho'). Anyway, figured it wouldn't hurt to throw it in there.

This is obviously after the pursuit of beating the Monolith (or is it?). With the new character I've been working on, I haven't gotten that far into the game yet, but wanted to go ahead and get that one done.

One of the easiest places to get the 1080 is go to the top of Top Notch Toolworks, drive off and spin, you'll do far more than 1080 before you hit the water

Tried that one many times (with a low level Hannibal) and never could get the 1080.

Folks, I'm not saying there aren't any other places out there. Just putting up one more that I haven't seen posted anywhere in a thread or video.

By all means tho', please post any other places that you accomplished jumpers have found.

As mentioned above Top Notch Toolworks from the roof of building, will do many more than 1080 before hitting the water. Easy.

I did the 1080 just outside of the overpass into that pit area that has the emergency spawn from time to time. It didn't require all that climbing BS lol

Did mine at the downtown spot of clicking on pillars and driving off the side at the top rather than where the vehicle spawns.
