hellbug cap!!

Ok, im I the only person that's alil upset the took the hellbug cap away and exchanged it for a place pair of sunglasses? I purchased the season pass expecting the hat. Hell, I liked the hat better than the shades anyways. Oh yea, and after finally receiving the patch I signed on and purchased some clan xp boosts. Bought 3 of them through quick buy. They gladly took my bits, but I recieved no boosts. A clan mate of mine purchased the same boosts and it applied. Between me and just two other of my friends have already sank a collective of over 700 bucks in this game between deluxe editions, season passes and bits. Ive quietly sat by and patently waited only to feel some what let down. Hopefully some of my issues can be addressed to the best of trions abilities.

Those sweet shades are the same as the outlander shades. I am now convinced that TRION are abunch of indian givers that will probably re-*** on other things in the near future.

I think the t.v show is great. The game on the other hand is starting a downward spiral if they continue to deliver this BS.

I understand wanting to appease people, but dont punish us for your mistakes. They could have handled it alil better. Should have either provides us with both of them or maybe offer the glasses for an extremely cheap amount of bits. Kinda makes me question how further issues will be handled....just saying...

Well, of course im not gonna quit playing. Defiance is a good game. Im just saying they could of handled it alil better. That cap might not mean anything to you but its the principles behind it. We paid for the cap...not the glasses. Just saying...

Hey j'king that sucks to hear man. I'm sorry you feel jipped. Have you gone through their live chat and talked to them about the shades and you clan boosts. I feel fairly confident (please don't make me eat my words haha) that they willgve you your clan boosts that never came through. I would wait until after your clan mates ends if you can. I am not sure if they are swapping the shades back for the hell bug cap or if that is a permanent thing (can't afford the deluxe edition, been working for over four months unpaid at a start up so it's been bread sandwiches for a couple weeks now ). Since you should already be chatting with them about the clan boosts it can't hurt to mention the cap. Hope it helps, man.

hmm, weird...got my hellbug cap today...been waiting forever for that thing to pop up in my claim items section of the store, got it today and i want to buy those sweet shades too, look cool, but i like my harmony preacher headgear lol

My cap came back!!!! But it's black now looks so cool the shades are still there too but they are the same as the outlander shades but if you lost your caP check your claim items in the shop
