Have you tried the in-game Support Desk? It does help. Not that I'm trying to flood GM's with a bunch of people complaining stuff needs to get fixed, but if you actually take the time and explain issues for "Missions not updating" they get back to you within 24-48hrs and award you the pursuit. Just realize that they can see through Shtako, so if you try to BS through pursuits they probably won't do it for you. I'm currently waiting for Capture and Hold to come out so I can finish my Competitive pursuits. That's all I have left except for Reputation, because Echaelon continues to be Cap and Hold contracts - is this annoying : Definitely. But its part of the game. I'm at 94/104 pursuits finished.

First mistake is "Bugs and Feedback" you have to go under the Mission issues. Trion has different departments for each issue. Bugs and Feedback just get recorded for advice and knowledge of issues. You have to actually talk about the missions.

yes I am aware of this that is why I commented that I have been using all, I know how support works. My rollers/runners reset from 20-1 and I was able to get it fixed by going through the proper channels. these issues I have put into every fricken area of support, I have had many issues ranging from character-missions and had them resolved yet with the pursuits for arkfalls/pvp huge NA crash and so forth what did this update really do but show me some outfits that I couldn't get and let me see how much script is taken from me in bold red instead of hidden white alert. oh sorry I forgot new episode contracts and close up of your head gear.
