Spawn points

I'm assuming its not only me who's spawning during certain missions, multiplayer or otherwise, right in the middle of where the enemies can shoot me. This would be bearable if I wasn't still stuck on the loading screen whilst my character is getting pumped full of bullets. It's happened a few times where I've been incapacitated before I've even come off of the loading screen. I realize this is dependent on internet speeds, and server ping etc, but it's easily fixed by ensuring all spawn points are outside of enemy range.

Also the server just went down when I was nearing the end of a long coop mission... But that's another thing.

had the same thing happen to me, but its mostly on co op maps, theyll either spawn me at the end or in the middle, kinda sucks when youre getting lit up by just about every enemy there is...i actually got spawned to a boss fight, dykuso if i remember right
