Exactly. And since I started my EU character around a year after the fix, he didn't get the Ark (cam) infiltrator outfit. Whn I contacted customer support. They informed me that even though they are using the same account that since it was my first EU character, it was considered a NEW Eu account so I don't get it on Eu.
You should try again bats.... I just started 4 toons on EU ps3 and support gave me all the missing items on all of them including the suit in question. I guess I just got the right person. Lol.

I also used an UE code recently on a new ps account and they even gave it to me for that one. Probably Only cos I made a fuss tho.lol. I like the headgear for it but hate the outfit.
