I would also go with an Omni-tool. In-game, EGO is constantly complementing how impressed she is and all that. Also, EGO comments on a situation and gives advice course of action. To sum it up, you have an entity in your head that is constantly judging you, and telling you to do things.
On a side note, if you "meet" someone, does it count as a threesome since EGO is there as well? Or would she just float around there telling you what to do. >.>

Omni-tool. When I used Overcharge for the first time I thought there's an Omni-tool in Defiance! Awesome. Sadly it isn't an Omni-tool, but it looks close enough for me.
