They have acknowledged the problem at least, so now just to wait. Im happy with it as long as we get explanations, I hate being in the dark for 15 minutes with no info.

Do you really think the devs just sit around and wait for something to happen, and then make a remark about it happening so other's (those who have experienced it) would know it happened?

Of course not. They're far too busy screwing around on Twitter, talking about where they went to lunch, what new toy they bought, how much they spent on Kickstarter, what music they're listening to, or what painting they want to buy that the wife doesn't like.

After all that, they'd be far too exhausted to do anything like visit the forums and keep people updated on what's going on with the game.

RIFT another game released by TRION was excatly the same.
12 months after it was released it still had bugs that were found in BETA.
Slow customer service, laggy servers, basicly we will do what we want, when we want.
