Can't View Player Names

same here. sometimes i see their names and sometimes i dont. at least after the patch.

We do need the names back, aside from the practical aspects of finding how exactly is next to you and grouping up "Nearby" isn't helpful.... I really like reading the names, most of them are clever and it adds the RPG element we are lacking.

So please bring back the names

I am having a similar issue with my PS3 system. Before the patch I saw everyones names & tags. After the patch I can only see a couple of names out of many purple dots around me. I'm not sure why some are shown & others not. I am not sure what the different brackets symbolize. If anyone knows what the different names are please let me know. Some have brackets [ ] some have these arrow like symbols < > etc. Also before the patch I could hear on clan chat & now I can't. I have checked my channels and they all say to mute so I am assuming that means that the channels are open. Are they still having issues with this after the patch?? Also yesterday I heard some area chat but none today. What is up:?:?

It has been the same for me on the Xbox side as well. It has been going on 3 or 4 days now.

nameplates etc are gone and only show up when I target a player with a BMG, group members do show up though. I've reset, unchecked and rechecked all valid options. A couple friends have the same issue.

Its been like that on xbox since the last patch too. Lame as hell. What's the point in having a cool title if nobody can see it.
