Still bugged?

I couldn't find mention of this anywhere in the official patch notes, but then again I only skimmed them.

Is the "Vehicle Skill Reset Glitch" something we still have to worry about? My Runners and Rollers Skills are both sitting at about 19.9 each for their levels. Am I going to walking everywhere for the next while?

They dont reset anymore, i fully leveled my runners

I kept my runner at 19 before patch, leveled it up after patch at 20. It doesn't seem to gain anymore xp (xp bar stays full) and it didn't reset either, it seems to be ok now.

I tested it yesterday and hit level 20 and it hasn't reset so I think we're good
