If you mean Borderlands 2 has the worst season pass of all time, completely scammed gamers and generally had a CEO acting like a totally and utter Dbag, then yes, Borderlands 2.
Lets promise gamers 4 DLC's equal size to what was generally considered our best DLC. Then we'll give them 3 DLC's filled with copy and pasted pallet swapped enemies, no inventory upgrades (after we already nerfed their inventories from 42 to 28) no level increases and generally nothing new or exciting... Lets add 24 hour boss lock down timers to keep people from actually playing the content over and over again.... I know to top it off we'll release the last DLC and have it only 2 hours worth of content.
Yeah needless to say, I'm salty about what Gearbox did with BL2 content, the lies, the untruths, the CEO being a totally bag about everything. Yeah you can't increase out inventory because of issues with memory, yet modders have inventories in the thousands with very little issues. You can have a level increase because it'll break the game content, yet Modders were leveled up in the thousands with no issues.
I know it's because you are a bag who just enjoys lying.... ahh look a level increase that you charged for... Atleast they gave it to season pass holders for free, I'm sure that was the whole hold up, whether to release it for free to SP holders or charge them extra for it.
Lets not even get into the fact they outsourced all three dlc's to other companies, which probably explains why the three were pretty lackluster. At least Torgues was somewhat decent, they really phoned it in on Hammerlocks and Scarletts was joke worthy.

Sorry, don't see it as a Scam myself. I see it as an investment in a game that I am having a hell of alot of fun playing. Normally I don't buy Season passes, didn't for Borderlands 2 and I clocked alot of time on that game. This game.... is just more fun then BL2. So I decided to buy the Season pass because I am looking forward to all 5 DLCs and the further development of this game. I don't feel scammed at all. Now if later on, they make crappy content and I get burned... oh well. Lesson learned

you can't feel scammed by this season pass because you haven't seen the content included in the season pass, nor has Trion even revealed any information about the season pass at this point in time. Where as a game like BL 2 we were given information about the season pass prior to the game going live. Then all the information we were told wound up being lies. Then more lies on top of lies, when the hackers/modders caught them in lies they went back and changed the reasoning behind certain features, like the limited inventory space.
The limited inventory space was first being pushed as a memory issue, the dev's continued to push this agenda until modders put themselves thousands of inventory spaces. You could have 4 people in a game each with 500 spaces and have zero issues. Then the devs changed their tune to saying it was a design choice, we are playing the game they want us to play and not the game we want to play.
Actually if you look at how Gearbox has handled themselves the past 8 months you'll see how to turn a company from a beloved developer into one of the most despised developers. Just look at the Aliens CM game for proof.
I'm saying generally speaking the last few season passes for games have been complete and utter rip offs

I like this game but season pass holders will expect something of value. That is not cosmetic skins.
Nothing is special or unique in this game. From 1 - 4000 EGO and from white to orange, it's all the same... That's the point I guess. I can't see why they would change this just to retain customers.
... Yeah! Just abit of fun till something else comes out. Although everything I'm looking at is still 'TBA - 2013'.
