so i bought one of thous rank 3 boxes , and noting happend
the time before it gave me a bunch of items strait away
but this time it dint give me anyting
is it a bug or is that working like intended a chance of getting nothing ?

If your inventory is full it may have put them in the store claim items section, check there first.

Did you check your inventory? I have read that sometimes you won't get notified but do get the items.

Also, was your inventory full? If it was, you may want to check the Claim Items section of the Defiance in-game store.

If you are 100% positive you were not awarded anything, you may need to contact support.

To prevent objects from disappearing w/o yielding a reward, you will not see the items popup until you close your menu. It does the same thing with the matrixs cubes. I had ark salvage popping up on my screen for 10 minutes once after a mass break down party.

Opened a lock box yesterday had to buy about 15 keys so the menu was busy scrolling thru the key buys,
I got no notification of the items,
to add to the confusion my claims had about 20 items already in it and I had a look in my inv I seen some blues I didnt recognize but it was a bit freeky, it has always flashed them up one at a time every other buy Iv made.
