Theres a hill up behind Muir processing, head West from crater. A little south of the Mount Tam, midway roughly Muir and radio tower.
In the middle of that area you will see a random antenna, thats the marker, next to it is a nice rock to ramp off. You get a good 6-10 seconds air time, easily accessible.
Go to Downtown in San Fran and there is a hidden passageway to the very top of the huge strucutre in the middle.
The first hidden switch is on a ground level pillar on the northwestern corner of the structure. Its invisible but a peress x box will pop up. The rest of the path is very much linear just keep going straight until the next switch. 3 in total. Very easy to get a 1080 spin there

yes find a good enough of a jump or how i did it get lucky enough for one of the enemys to hit and launch u up into the air while driving around lol and thats how i got the 1080 spin it was funny

Also it has been found that holding the joysticks in opposite directions spins the vehicle at a higher rate.
