How many people where at the Ark Fall? Using a Sawn-off I can one-shot them if there are only 2-3 people at the arkfall at that moment.

Depending on the number(or lack there) of people at an arkfall, groundpounder detonator(the cluster one) the cluster rockets, or the cluster grenade can essentially 1 shot the blastpods(technically the initial detonation plus each cluster overlapping damage) along with the right perks to help explosions etc.

Seriously, if someone is cheating at an arkfall, you'll have other ways to tell than "hey he's one-shotting blast pods!". Like, I don't know, killing monarchs, crystals and the hellion very fast, or being at 10m+ damage at the end of an arkfall. Blast pods are very squishy when there aren't a lot of people around, there are several ways to kill them very fast then.
