How are people one-shotting pods in Arkfalls?

They don't seem to have a crit spot and it takes me several seconds to unload enough SAW rounds to make one pop. How are people one-shotting them?

Detonators, especially ground pounders, can take out tough targets really quick and make it seem like they got one shotted. SAW isn't also the best weapon for taking out targets quick, it's good for sustained dmg but burst fire modded heavy assault carbine for example can do 1,5-2x higher DPS and with much higher accuracy, it's just that they have a small clip and need to be reloaded every few seconds.
