starting game with no weapon in hand

every time since the patch (ps3) and couple days before, game starts w/ no weapon in hand, cannot add a weapon in loadout screen have to go to list w/ everything i have then select weapon then I only get 1 weapon and since ther are no weapon drops as soon as out of ammo have to hit start and go through same process to pick another weapon because my loadout screen does not work and process starts over (wow run on sentence).
So I have to keep collecting weapons so as to not run out of ammo (have to have 1 of each type) this is getting f,n ridiculous as this game used to run great , but know its broken , what the f happened, im still playing but i dont know for how long as this is so tedious without ammo or being able to have different loadouts (cant even adjust perks or grenades or shields)
Is it just me or is there an answer not seeing .......HELP>>>>>>>>>>>>

Same thing just happened to me on the xbox. I was switching a loadout and it got stuck on the 3rd one. Next thing i know, my main has no weapons on hand, i cannot switch back to my 1st loadout, at all. I cannot choose any weapons. I have no idea what just happened. It says i have infinite ammo, yet no ammo at all, and no weapon on hand. And also my outfit changed...can this be fixed?! T.T

It has something to do with dying in the middle of a reload with an EGO power active. Overcharge ive heard is the most notorious for this. Had it happen to me one time (Xbox 360) however a simple logout and relog back in fixed it for me. Been careful to take cover while reloading since, so far its not happened again.

Well, i tried reloggin back into the game, even gave it time over night to fix it self. If lucky, but nothing worked. Im still glitched xD
