I dont know what are you talking about? .. I play on PC EU server and there are many people on every arkfall, few second waiting on any PVP match or several for shadow war. Many people play this game on PC in EU. During a weekend there is a queue on server few second so yes there are people and this people play it. this game has mirror server system so you are ported mirror where is free slot. maybe you was in a empty mirror. But the most time there are many people and many people are doing new hellbug events and contracts-pursuits, I was several times in one zone with 3-5 people who try to complete same goal. Much more people play this game on PC after TV show has started

Yeah there's heaps playing on the US servers too, but the problem is the the anti-social aspect of this game. People are playing it like a single player game because there really is no need to group up with people. Everything apart from coop can be solo'd, even Arkfalls can be solo'd. I go about my business in this game with my mic on and openly communicating with people who rarely respond and I just think it's sad that these people want to play an MMO on their own. Nevertheless I did make a couple of friends and managed to work with them to complete some coop pursuits, but they'll probably get bored with this single player game and move on... lol

I've finished all the missions so if anyone wants to just hang out and occasionally do some stuff in game then feel free to add Indica Bloom I'm up for daily contracts, pursuits, coop, pvp, arkfalls or just general tom foolery

This. I play as socially as humanly possible, tossing invites to any person participating in my current area mission/emergency. Few accept. The few that accept are silent the entire time, even if I try to ask them something through voice or through text. Or try to call something out that just might be somewhat useful, like BULWARK OVER NEXT HILL.

Then when the event's over, they speed away and drop group. Once in a while I'll get someone that talks or follows me/doesn't mind me following them around and they get added to friends. But those people are becoming increasingly rare.

Clan? I caught ten of them in teamspeak playing Neverwinter. I can't really begrudge them that, though-- they'll play what they want, and a MMO (Defiance in this case) is only good as long as it manages to hold your attention.

i am also looking for people to play on the NA server
it kind of sad that the main mission is only to do as Single Player and not with group of let say 2-4 I know that co-op is for group but yes no one talk on co-ops you do the co-ops and after that leaving the group no one talk. sometimes when the co-op is for contract ppl leave after the complete the Contract the need to do.
Arkfall are good and fun and you see lot's of ppl and helping each other there
i hope that in the next DLC they will put some group mission it will be fun i think
this is a good game and i am enjoy it but i will enjoy it more if i play with ppl and have fun

I just had this happen the other way around. Got a friend invite and after accepting no response lol.

lol I can get real chatty during coops and I can hear people coughing or even just breathing down their mic's and not saying a word the entire coop! I don't know whether they're shy or just plain ignorant to the fact that the game has voice chat, so I'll pipe up and say "I can hear you coughing" but they'll either turn their mic off or completely ignore me. But yeah I'm looking for like minded folk to hang out with in game and I don't really want to have to sign up to a guild/clan site that I'll never use anyway, so yeah add me if you have a social clan of Ark Hunters

I'm sorry if I'm one of those who hasn't responded to anyone. I have yet to hear anything but static or mic breathing through the speakers. I'm usually concentrating on my own thing so hard I don't even look at the tiny area at the bottom of the screen to see who is saying what.

This is my first MMO, and honestly, I like the single player aspect of it. But if the chat was easier/better, I would try a bit harder to be more social.

There are still plenty of players around, just meant that a good portion of the people I was playing with have left or taken a break. I can't even respond to chat half the time, I can switch channels with "x" but when I type nothing happens. I disabled voice chat until there is a press to talk, so that I am not one of those people playing music or tv shows over the game.

Well. Steam averages 3000 players at any time (on steam alone) so I would have to say yes, people still play on PC.
