I am not sure if this is a common bug but when I went into account management and redeemed my code through there, I downloaded it and it was successful. What was I supposed to receive? I did not receive anything new in my inventory, not even a vehicle. What was the code that came with the game on the back of the manual supposed to be? I tried to reclaim it entering the same code through the pause settings store and it says that the code is invalid or has been used. Can anyone help me out? I want to play the campaign but I can't do it without a vehicle. I've been trying to go to supply areas but none of them offered a vehicle

Open the in game cash shop, there is a claims area in there. Any bonus items you got should be in there, your overflow items will go there too if your inventory is full as well.

I forgot to mention that it said 0. I have no items or weapons to claim.
