Where do you get mods for synergy weapons like machinest, survival, run and gun, etc.. All I see is purchases of synergy mods sold by the dealers and not the ones received when you purchase lock boxes and mod caches.

I think you can randomly get them from the mod cache lockboxes but they are rare and some are ultra rare like legendary weapons. Otherwise you buy them from the faction stores which cost rep and script. They are ment to be endgame content though I believe so you need to grind to earn them.
