Why I'm Glad I'm on Xbox instead of PC

Is it me or does it seem like most of the people playing Defiance on consoles are actually playing the game instead of figuring ways to min/max everything? I could be wrong here but it sounds like PC gamers are the ones who want all the "WoW'ish" stuff like raids and boss loot tables put into the game wile console gamers just want more content and better RNG for lock boxes.

I agree - this is a refreshingly new type of game experience for me on the Xbox - it seems PC users are far more jaded. There's actually a thread in the PC section about how swathes of PC users have abandoned the game now...

I played WoW and I play on the xbox 360. It would be awesome if we could do raids/dungeons without the need for groups.

I am mostly a console gamer but I do play in the PC when I get a chance and I feel the sameway you do other then "Phantasy Star" game there hasnt really been any type of MMO base game on the 360 that I had fun with.

Here here! I for one hope they focus on server stability, communications, and item content as far as xbox goes. It would be nice to have some kind of sale/auction set-up in a town in-game but since we can personally trade and talk in area chat, we don't NEED an auction house. As for spreadsheet-esque things like damage tables and crap, that would just clog up the gameplay. As long as my gun is doing the correct damage and I get the correct numbers on the arkfall stats, I'll be happy. Make things too complex and you'll lose players as well as stability. Remember, this is really the first true MMO on the xbox console at least and it is surely taxing the system.
