I have this exact same problem. Pre-ordered digital deluxe and dont have the CD key link. I restarted steam and still nothing. I got the email verifying the purchase.

I think some one posted about doing a VPN, and some ip stuff. shrug. Might want to do a search on that.

Huh, it is not there. Still a few days until 2 april tho, so i will probably get it soon.
I guess Steam is working hard to give out the keys.

It's possible Steam may have ran out of CD keys for some regions/purchases. If you can't get it to show your CD key you may want to contact Steam support. Make sure to include your proof of purchase which would be a PayPal invoice or something. With that information they should be able to help you.
That is dumb logic, sorry. Steam is great. Bonuses, sales, etc.
I purchased it with my Steam wallet, so there should not be a problem.
I'll try logging a few more times. If not i'll ask support.

As a note, You'll have no options on the right if its a money issue, just missing the Game Keys option is a client problem AFAIK.
