Go to "View" at the top of the Steam client to view big picture mode, my keys were there too!

I also switched download severs are restarted steam (Settings - Downloads + Cloud)

I made to sure to turn off steam beta and let it update me back into the regular live steam client. (Settings - Account)

Third option: IF a VPN service didn't help, try having a trusted friend/family member logging into steam and changing download servers once or twice. (this is a confirmed solution for a few people as well.) The key won't be visible to you when you log in again as yourself, but the friend (if it worked) will have hopefully copied the keys for you to use.

I hope any of those can assist you and anyone else with issues here, if Defiance is in the games list of your library, you DO have keys, just no way to get to them.. unfortunately Steam support is.. VERY slow in responding to people with actual problems.

To make it easy to see what I am talking about I've incorporated an image.

This applies to those who can't see CDKEY when they right-click on Defiance under Steam Library. This will most likely be resolved once the game is released.

Changed my IP using FlyVPN and the free trial. The IP change was a simple login with the free trial username and password. Then went into big picture and finally the codes showed.
