Ok so every time I start the beta after the 3 screens I hit play and it loads for a second the I get a msg saying error a sign in change has occurred. Returning to title screen anyone else getting this?

what time zone are you in....beta probably has not sarted beta starts 8 am pacific time

People don't seem to understand the TC's point. I was getting this same error when I tried signing in this morning. I exited the beta and reloaded, and I stopped getting the 'sign-in change has occurred' error and started getting the standard 'defiance service is not available' error.
means they are sorting the servers out ready for beta on release, we have seen that on the alpha when servers go down for scheduled maintenance
