Grabbed same recorder twice?

I was wondering if anybody else had this issue but I was finalizing some co-op pursuits and island of lost soldiers being my second last one to complete I was getting the data recorders to complete the pursuit, HOWEVER I grabbed the first recorder no problem, but the second recorder I somehow was able to grab twice which also counted twice.... So now I can't get the third one but it says I found all three.... I already contacted trions support about it, I was just wondering if anybody else had this happen?

No offense but is that really a problem? You already finished the pursuit requirement.

I consider it a problem when I only have two of three of the actual audio logs, point being it never counted the third one it just glitch counted the second twice.

I had the same problem and it's annoying because I want to hear all the Intel it's not just about the pursuit

Had the same happen to me in Explosion 101. Grab the second one twice. Didn't realize it, till after I pass being able to get the third one.
