    Fully Modding a weapon for a pursuit?

    I'm on a pursuit right now where I have to fully mod my AR and I'm confused.

    I purchased a AR with zero mod slots and spent about 150k salvage to add all the slots to it

    No dice...

    Then I got 4 crappy mods and put them all in the slots and...

    Nothing!

    Wtf do I do?

    Maybe it has to be fully leveled for the bonus stats?

    Pretty confident it's just one of many bugs...I have a few different pursuits that require me to fully mod gun types I've fully modded already...on multiple guns.
