right when i was starting to install for the first time, they have an emergency update. i guess i'll get some sleep and try again later.
Steam doesn't refund either, if you bought it through them.
Anyone will offer you a refund and happily if you approach the situation appropriately and use the right method's. It's called Consumer rights and your financial institution. But that's not to say it isn't at times a slippery slope. if you don't plan on playing anymore go to your bank or credit card company and they will take care of it, your trion account will prolly get banned, but who cares since your leaving anyway right?

Really do wished they would have posted something in game before bringing it down. Would have been nice. :/

Over 40 mins into the take down, and they've yet to even throw us a window of an eta. Even a "they'll be up in 1-4 hours" would be nice. Give me some kind of headsup that way I know if I can get up and do something else, or if I should wait here or not.
