servers down?

according to their twitter, it was an emergency maintenance shutdown. im okay with them shutting down to upgrade them better, but lately they havent been sending out the callouts in game to say they are shutting them down. at least i havent been getting them. it would be nice if they told us ahead of time in game.

We need to be notified in game when emergency maintenance is required. I don't mind that, but as usual I was in the middle of an instance when the damn thing just goes down and kicks us. That's the most frustrating part, now I've got to start all over again. If we had been notified the servers were going down, I'm sure I'm not the only person that wouldn't have started into anything to get kicked out of it either.

Typical. They're probably patching the patch of the patch. It's curious to know how those that are that inept are able to hang on to their jobs. It's either crappy QA of the changes, or apathy, neither of which are acceptable.

Can you imagine if these people worked in healthcare? Would be huge $$$ for the mortuaries.

Exactly!! If I don't get an in game message that there going down I log on and check the "server status" on the message boards, I understand its a new buggy game that Trion is working very hard on fixing, there not going to be able to please everyone even though they are trying
