there was one a month ago, but it was inputting codes so quickly, by so many people, that it was crashing the server, and may have been responsible for overloading the in-game entitlement system, one reason that people may not have received pre-order items on their accounts.

Utility should be fine now, but I'd increase the timer to a minimum of 5 secs. it'd only take, what, 10 minutes to enter the 120 needed to max it all.

You got blocked from the game as well? Thats kinda odd. Only got about 5 minute block for the webpage you enter the codes m'self.

Perhaps it varies by region/country/whatnot? Now I kinda want to test how many codes I can run before it blocks me

yup, there was a mad rush to get em all in, was a lil nuts, and a lot were being discovered too. Wonder if they added a captcha if it would have been improved. Also, if that's what WAS screwing with our pre-order entitlements - overloads due to scripting arkfall codes....I'll.... do nothing 'cause it's already over and done with :P

Not saying it's a trojan or keylogger or anything but it usually takes a few weeks or even months for new stuff to get detections. Even if it passed all those scans, that does not guarantee it's completely clean.

I like to trust people, but not when it comes to computer security.

I understand why anyone would be precarious with such a tool
and you have every right to be.

However weather is re assures you or not key-loggers are not my kind of thing
I simply enjoy making programs and helping people.

Well it came out clean enough after scan but doesn't work beyond 80something after the websites anti-spam or whatever kicks in, returning "Unable to complete transmission, please try again".

Had this when inserting the first 120 or so manually as well, so its not about how fast you do it. Seems that if you do more than X in Y, it blocks the rest.

Sucks but meh.

I used this, and all I got was +1 AR weapon skill for after 120.

Plus after using this, I couldn't log in to the website or the forums for a few days, and this was on any device with in my network (desktop, laptop, and Tablet). I reset both my cable modem and my router but that never helped, it was like Trion was blocking my IP address. But I was able to log in outside of my home network just fine.

and yes this is more of a precaution on the web site causing the issues.

I will be looking at extending the timer and making it more site friendly
hopefully reducing if not removing the problem.
