Nah, Gamestop's just doing what every other major retailer is doing, providing the bare minimum of service to appease and cater to the masses while still allowing the guys at the top to pocket as much as possible.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

Personally, I am going to be patient and allow Trion time to continue working on the issues. I love ME3 MP did have plenty of it's own issues, but I stuck with the game I loved and enjoyed it. Defiance is fun for me, and I will stop playing it when it stops being fun. Naturally, that line to cross is going to be different for each individual.
Yeah he has the right to say it, but if he has problems with the issues he listed for this game, then he should feel bad about selling every single game that has been released especially recently. I could create a list of games that have had all of the problems he listed and more.

Honesty would be to not single out one game but to note these issues are problems that all games have-even blockbuster bestsellers from companies that already have established game franchises (means they should have worked most of the bugs out already).

That's not to say that Trion shouldn't get feedback and fix things, but it also is ridiculous to single out this game for flaws that even bigger titles have, especially when Trion does seem to work harder to fix the issues. I have games that had problems that were never fixed and the company never talked to fans. As an employee of a game retailer he might do better to complain to all devs about the industry right now through his company's channels.

Read the OP but flip through all the comments and saw all the chaos, lol.

I just want everyone to know that not everyone in retail is out to just get your money or numbers. There's a certain give and take, yes, but for the most part in my career I've been about telling you what you might enjoy and what's worth your money. I play almost every game that comes out and while I don't have the time to beat every single game or the money to get every system, I think it's worth noting that reviews and scores are there for us to at least inform you what other people are saying about it. I never base my opinion solely off of a review score, I just tell you what it got and here's the reasons they had for giving it that score but I haven't been able to play yet. If I have played it I'll I tell you why I didn't like it/why I liked it but I'm never going to tell you not to make your own decisions (Except Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, what a disaster).

Anyone can work at a retailer, it's true, but I want to continue to spread the word that not all employees for any stores/retailers are clueless in their information. Not fair to the employees that do take pride in knowing their information and love their jobs.

Can we all agree on that? Please?

i respectfully disagree, Trion should get hammered for its flaws. When "MMO" was tagged on the game, now the comparison shifts from your average shooter/rpg type game to those of its ilk. The sample size is so small right now on console, that soon people compare it to other MMO's on the market, then realize how shallow the game is. Its not fair to compare games like WOW and the release problems during a time when it was considered trailblazing. This game is neither trailblazing, or origninal, in fact, its dumbed down a bit for console consumption,.

Now im not saying console players are dumb, but the mindset is different, since the MMO bag isnt very full of game that can compete with the same game that people compare the bug issue with. This game isnt indicative of 2013 technology, it isnt! The amount of money and time into this game doesnt reflex that at all.

When you take a game like Skyrim thats larger than life itself, huge dungeons, cities bustling with life, open world full of willlife, random encounters, different weather effects, multiple weapons that can be used as 1h or 2h, shields, spells, and a map thats big, you actually feel like Trions used all the data that was available on console?

Yes this game should be set to the side and mocked for all the words any human can form.

Hard to be a cashier at GameStop when there is no such position...
