I think his point is he paid money and when they patch they break more then they fix and it's getting tiring on the community.

Some have more patience than others when it comes to spent money.
I think it has something to do with standards. I don't think it's unreasonable to have a set of standards to meet for a game launch. They (All MMO makers) have lowered our standards for what we buy with our dollars by making these things "normal" for an MMO.
I'm a little more tolerant of bug fixes, even when it's the same thing over, and over, and over. Mind you, you're right. It doesn't exactly provide excuse to lower the standards of what we buy and make it a custom for us to expect bugs in the beginning. Mind you, that said, I understand (with two members of my family being computer engineers) that bugs do arise, so even when you do release a clean launch, there will be bugs along the way like it or not.

A man/woman comes home from work, boots up his/her PC or console to play and escape the stress of the earlier hours, not sit for another three waiting on that presently desired escape.

But it's something I've come to accept and understand on both sides of the spectrum.

    Chill.

Servers going down are one of the aspects of MMO games that we all agree to deal with. Sure it sucks. Watch TV. Go outside. The servers will be back up.

The thing is though, how long do paying customers have to just accept it. I mean it's not like MMO's are new. They've been around for over a decade now. You'd think somebody would figure out how to do it right eventually.

    Look

    Oogha Boogha is on Demand.
    Comcast.
Ppl paying for that? Check it out, would you?

Unless you walk in these ppls shoe's, stop telling ppl how to live and what to do.
Something you learn from living on a island in costa rica.

Everybody ain't passive and just okay with your way of living, some plan and look forward to things.

I surf waves so I'm use to having to wait, a lot.
But then again if I pay, pay for tickets to a surf spot, bet I'm scoring waves.

So, it's 7:45pm est. rainy in florida, no waves, suv
Is parked outside with no boards on it, motorcycle is under a cover, and now I'm going to see what I gotta do for dinner. Check on my wife,

Played MMo's forever, wow sucked, hated it's cartoon like graphics and characters.
    Liked guildwars, aion.
Played both alot, both had problems, but this is not
Like them games, these have not been common. Neither was taking on a game for consoles to be called a MMORPG.

This was the #1 reason why I didnt buy the 150$ version and why I passed on bestbuy's get 400 free mp's when you buy 1600.

Started to go today and get the points for season pass.

I jut want my 50k kills. Bored and leaving books in forums, sorry, submit a ticket.

    Hahahah

I work in the online software development as well between developers and program managers and know the process and am part of large scale global launches. We have a Rigorous UAT schedule and testing before live code launch and even part of the process to check live (because something always happens) But we fix it and DON'T break something every fix.

I agree a bit because I know about the process too, I can't fully agree because we have a professional standard knowing clients and end users see this and we lose money when shtako hits the fan.

Trion needs to stem their bleeding.
