PS3 getting the short end of the stick

why is it when ever there's maintenance and anything ps3 is always the last platform i know sony was to blame for the delayed patch but for example with the emergency maintenance pc is the first back up i know it didn't say xbox back up either but I'm just speaking generally we are always the last to get things

i dont think ps3 has gotten the short end of the stick, personally i was very happy that it took so long for the first major patch.

Have you ever played any other PS3 games? they are always last, because its a **** system thats extremely hard to program for compared to xbox and pc.

That is the simple truth, next gen will be better cause ps4 is pretty much the same as the new xbox, things will go smoother.

Do we really know that Sony was to blame for the delayed patch? Trion said all along that it was going to be delayed and they never actually said when they put it into certification. Add to that the fact that they said they weren't done with internal testing and were going to be working over the weekend leading up to the Monday that it launched. The only explanations Trion ever gave for the PS3 delay were "Unexpected problems" and "Logistics", which could mean anything.

Given the general level of competence displayed by Trion so far, I'd blame them before I'd blame Sony.

The only time this game will get the short end of the stick is when Trion releases a TITLE UPDATE and that Sony has to Approve. The patches that Trion releases and we download during the patch launcher in game, Sony doesn't need to approve those. A title update can take 2 weeks to go through.
