yah thats contract for vendors sigils/currencies

if you press the start button an toggle over you will see a spot that shows all currencies you have. each faction or whathave you has a vendor that gives you contracts at certain levels that you gain these currencies to purchase only from said vendor rep machines

You have to do side missions and others and do pvp and stuff like that. Look in your co-op missions and finish those and thats how you earn reputation in those factions

Bring up your character screen or map and then hold down the L2 button to bring up the selection wheel. Go to 'Goals' which brings up the list of achievements. Hit R1 once and it will move you over to the 'Vendor Contracts', then just look through them to see what ones you need to do. There are daily and weekly contracts.

If you find any ways to get quicker on rampages feel free to share. I only have gotten one done. The other one I tried kept resetting or saying that I had left the area when I was still in the middle of the yellow circle.

I will share if I can figure it out. On the very first one it keeps saying I am out of area and I am in the middle of killing and then it ends. I don't know if there is a time limit or what
