Scatter Scope III vs Hip Spread Mk3 Mods?

Whats the difference and whats better between these 2 Shotgun Mods?

Scatter scope gives a scope.

Hip spread lets you shoot without a scope.

But don't use either of them since they are glitched and make your weapon less accurate.

I believe you are talking about the shotgun scope mods? Correct me If im wrong. Scatter scope basically gives you a acog scope and the hip spread i believe is the only scope that is just normal. It does nothing to change/alter the "view", if i may, when you aim down the sights. Which is actually the best scope mod, imo, for the shotgun. Which I am looking for. GIVE ME!!!!!!! )

I was going to Guinea Pig the Scatter Scope but I'll leave it now.. Just wasted 5k buying one.

Was going to make a thread about this, but Ill just use my necromancer powers to revive this one.

So what is the difference now between these 2 scopes? The Scatter Scope has the same accuracy bonus plus a movement one. Where the MK3 just has accuracy. Am I missing something here? What would be the reason for me to chose the Mk over the Scatter?

I dont know if it's been changed with the DLC, but the Scatter Scope is/was an actual scope while the Hip-Spread is/was an enhanced down-the-barrel iron sight.
