Sniper Telescopic scope gives -.30 aim accuracy. WTH?

Why the heck would Trion make a mod that DEGRADES an items accuracy. Just ruined two sniper riles to find out this scope actually hurts your weapon. Please fix this bug. Sniper without scopes are so much more accurate. Just test for yourself, Stand still & shoot a single spot with a non-modded sniper. Bullets land where you aim. Equip a Telescopic scope, do same thing and bullets are all over the place.

    Did they actually fix that?

Also, a negative number is a GOOD thing (Believe it or not.) "Accuracy" is a number that basically means how spread your bullets are... a lower accuracy means a tighter aiming reticule...

For the longest time scopes said "+.30 accuracy" which actually made it worse...

But if you say you've visibly seen it ruin your accuracy... maybe they flipped the signs to make it less confusing?

    Still broken then, none-the-less.

Hey that's the same gun, right down to the synergy and bonuses, that's been stuck in my inventory cause it is the best sniper rifle I've seen.

maybe the signs were swapped but the fix got reverted unintentionally when they tried to fix pursuits. Unlikely, but possible.

Regardless, equipping scopes makes it like your hip firing regardless if you're aimed in.

    FIX ASAP

Accuracy is related to the weapons ability to recover from recoil. A + number is good and a - number is not good. You're explanation is a nicely presented example of creating a meaning for a question without any knowledge what so ever. The stats photo is missing the bloom effect which is the weapons short fall is causing the reticle to expand ( bloom ) which decreases accuracy. Here a lower number is good and a higher number is bad.

However given the state of the game in general do you really think it matters? lol

Don't really care about + or - ... Just want bullets to land where you aim
