Good to see this become a place for legal council. Quick question. If a contractor comes to your home and does shoddy work. Can you cancel the check? Is it fraud if u do?

Of course you authorized for them to charge your card, when you enter your PIN number and click on checkout, you've bought that item regardless, so yes, you're defrauding the system.
Trying the ''It's not what was described'' loop hole rarely works, just because Defiance has problems doesn't mean everyone else is effected as much. You're still getting what's offered but it's just an inconvenience that some features don't work yet.
Have you got the gonads to own the Nomad?

You said you did not authorize the purchase when you actually did. That would fall under 1B. An act of deceiving or misrepresenting.

Isn't having to play it once punishment enough? I jest of course but Trion's patch support is getting out of hand. I think they have broken more than they have fixed at this point. Also, Freight Yard was removed again! Trion has yet to deliver what was everything that was advertised at release, so fraud is found on both sides in this case.
Hey man, just wondering, do you plan to actually pay for the game again when its working smoothly? Calm your panties dude... This game is worth the wait, just do what I do.... Keep mashing the start button until it works, because it will work, and at that exact moment you will indeed have committed a crime, Fraud? No. Abandonment of Defiance. I said good day sir....
Advertising a working game, when its not could also be called fraud. If i go buy a x-box and it dosent work i return it and get my money back, its exactly the same thing, game is broke, i get my money back. I dont care what there terms of service are, i have my own set, and that is if its broken, im getting my money back.
Sounds to me like if you do need an attorney, there are plenty right here. And they seem to know about as much as a hellbug does about the legal system. Did anyone ever read an EULA before?
