I would love to see clan leveling and clan missions. Maybe a better class system to have a starting character that chooses a sniper class perhaps a permanent boost in leveling sniper riffles something along those lines to make people want to make another character also give the other species different stats

If some one doesn't want to wait around to support it they are not obligated too and it is just unfair to the rest of us who are actively working as a community to improve it.

ME3 Grind was pretty long too, to Max the Manifest is brutal.

I am still 10 Ultra Rares away, and don't know if I will get back into it, because I enjoy Defiance so much.

LOL you brought up serving in wars "for old men like me" before I did, I mentioned serving in the Military, most who really served don't feel the need to talk about which war they may have been involved in.

As for age implying wisdom, once again you brought it up first with your grow up comment. Lastly your ideas about "my generation" clearly show you are the one that needs to grow up. Last I checked the first gulf war was not part of the cold war, and last I checked the economy was in a hell of a lot better shape then, and fyi Barney Frank and his ilk are the reason for the mess the economy is in now, it was during "your" generation that the sub prime mortgage fiasco was initiated, not mine.

Im not even at 1 k yet but people are close to 5k so just some advice that will help is fix the resetting pursuits quick I know lots of hardcore players are complaining about this. I have tons of content to still explore and do not even close to being done I havent even beat the story yet

But we need to keep the hardcore players in this game so what is Trion going to do ? the clock is ticking

See this atleast is a post I can compromise with, I agree its hard defend and yes it has a vast array of problems, however all things considered its amazing this game managed to launch at all. I am not saying don't be upset, I am not saying that the bugs are ok. Heck I really am just trying to say be patient, play another game for awhile if it bothers you, take a break from it. Come back in a few months or not at all, not saying this to you trying to troll you or any thing. I just mean that this game is in need of support, with support it WILL grow. Yet all these inflammatory posts does nothing but upset those of us who are just trying to enjoy it as is until its fixed, its not like you CAN'T Play it, and with time it will most definitely improve. Hope that came out right.

As a successful business owner myself, it is not the consumers' job to stand by and support the company while they fix a product to get it up to the proper specs (i.e. the major bugs squashed, pursuits working as intended, disappearing in-game items, et cetera). That burden is purely on the company, and it is their responsibility to do it as quickly as possible once they have agreed to accept payment for the product.

Unfortunately, this section of Trion is not up to the task. Their huge patch continued to leave major bugs in the game and caused yet other issues. Not long thereafter, they suffered a major character database issue that required nearly 8 hours of downtime and then a rollback. Today they released a patch, then suffered nearly 7 hours of downtime afterward across the entire North American server farm, and then once again removed a PvP map they just put back into the game the very same day--- a map, mind you, that they originally removed pre-game-launch for having issues, and therefore still did not manage to fix successfully in over the past month.

It isn't Defiance, itself, that is a bad game, it is the development team that is obviously not up to the task of running such a product. At this point, the upper management at Trion really needs to take a look at where the issues within the team lie, and make some necessary changes.

That is actually the funniest thing said in this particular thread. Can we at least all agree that the constant dev trashing, and talk about how "terrible" the game is does nothing to help the situation, we all want the same thing in the end. A good game that is fun to come how to and unwind.
