Don't you worry, never fear. Trion's content will soon be here!
Justin, if it took them 5 years, 100 million and 150 devs to release that small Alpha shooter we have now

Can you imagine what it will take for them to release any big real content??

The more i see it, the more i think that everything they showed us in all those videos, isn't working.
They couldn't implement any of this stuff in game, as it was bugged as hell, but still, they decided, to release the game anyway, as the TV show was about to start.

No time to ride the line!

You play a game til the end no matter what you do there is nothing more except a few DLC.
With an MMO you could be playing the SAME GAME for over 8 years. There is a reason people keep playing the same game for that long people.

Whine all you want gents. I need someone to put a smile on my face and you alls doing a good job =)
So every mmo got people complaint about it, that's mean there's no bad mmo right? That's your point? Every mmo out there is a good game with lots of content, it's people that complaint too much. You really wanna go with that? Cmon dude, get a grip.

They won't be loosing me or my clan members any time soon. I don't mind waiting for new content and plus the mini content we get every Monday. Is holding me off until bigger content comes out.

    Seriously OP?....

Defiance has been out for just over a month, and already the MMO open-world shooter has racked up some impressive user numbers. Trion Worlds is touting the success of the game side of the trans-media initiative. Over 1 million players have created accounts, taking to the San Francisco Bay Area to hunt mutants, raiders, and more.
Speaking of the debris showers, over 1 million have been completed. These net players useful resources (one of the game's currencies) for buying loot chests. They are also the key to winning an appearance on the Defiance SyFy Channel show, which we mentioned earlier this week.
Finally, with driving such an important part of the experience, Trion has shared that 50 million miles have been traversed all across the Bay Area. The show has already been renewed for a second season, and we're eager to see what DLC Trion has cooked up for the game.
Killing hellbugs, driving ATVs and triggering Arkfalls are among the top in game activities:

The not so cute or cuddly hellbugs have put up a good fight, but gamers are showing an incredible love for dropkicking, exploding and decimating them by annihilating more than 500,000,000 hellbugs to date.
Jumping on their ATV and cruising around the Badlands has led to gamers driving 50,000,000 miles around the terra formed Bay Area.
Banding together, Ark Hunters have engaged in triggering and battling back an incredible 1,000,000 Arkfalls.

Uuugh......more advertising leaving out all the bugs.
That's part of why I don't trust gameinformer anymore.
More often than not, they come across as bought out reviews.

There are 1 million accounts created, yet by April 20th the game only sold 460,000 global units across all three platforms, with sales dropping off between those 3 weeks. For example, PC dropped by 77% in week 2, and 49% from that in week 3. Xbox dropped 63% by week 2, and 41% from that in week 3. PS3 dropped 64% by week 2, and 35% from that by week 3.

So, either Trion is counting forum accounts (as Cryptic did with STO when they once made the same claim, in a very similarly worded press release), or they miraculously sold a hell of a lot of copies in the final 10 days of the month, completely doing a massive turn around on the drop off in sales per week from the first 3 weeks of the month, despite the lackluster reviews and press the game is getting at most places.

While the viewing numbers for the Defiance show also show a drop-off in numbers (though not a huge one, which I very glad of, as I really like the show).

    Heh......misreported facts.
    And the truth is shown.
Makes you wonder "just why did gameinformer post wrong info in their review?"

Not gonna explain that one further.
