No, you're doing it wrong. This is an MMO so you're supposed to basically live your whole life inside the game.

If you play other games it's like you're cheating on the game. Playing an MMO is a lifetime commitment.

In a way that could be argued as true from the give it time view.
If you don't play all the time, and instead play when you feel like it or have the time...........then you're screwed when you learn the game just happens to be down at that time. And it's your fault since "all MMOs are like that at first"

Sorry but I just had to say that after being so stressed by all the claims that we should give it time and such.

Wow...............I guess the MMOs people have seen often that aren't monotonous must have been in their imagination.
There are many.....including many F2P MMOs that are constantly adding content, changing little parts, adding great events.

If you've hit 2k+ ego, then there's a very high chance you've either quit or are seriously considering quitting. The game's a korean grinding MMO after 1500+.

If you're at 5k ego, and you got that legitimately, you are certifiably insane.

what do you think is a small thing that they could do to get people keep playing besides fixing the pursuits?

Trion shot itself in the foot by really talking up the game, getting people excited, spending loads of cash on advertising, and then releasing a game that has a small map and little content. The bugs will go away over time, but it is shameful how little there is to this game. They need to add major content to this game asap or people will continue to get bored and walk away. Sure, Defiance does not have a monthly fee, but many people still wont even come back.

People who call themselves "elite" or "hardcore" can leave. They usually aren't fun, but annoying to play with. so good riddance tbh.
