because they are self entitled children who think they "deserve" everything, they have no concept of what a beta is and they don't care, they expect instant gratification in everything they do, one of the problems plaguing this current generation.

Here's a tip.

Close the game and open it up again.
When I did it I came straight in, even though it said 17 days before I closed it.
