Off the top of Top Notch Tool works, you can run around the back and on to the top. There's a little platform you can ride off. You MIGHT need to rid off at the corner of that platform to get it as for some reason if you land on water without hitting the land it won't register.
But the drop is significant enough for you to do a 2160 spin

I recommend the rise directly across from the vendor in bloodbath gorge,Mount Tam.
I'm 3/3 there and my clanmates are nearly perfect following my directions.It is an odd spot but very lethal
