Like the title says the pursuit "March through Marin" is bugged and cant be completed because you need to complete "Marin exploration II" which cant be done because for that it requires to get a silver medal in the "hot shot: dam defense" which is either not shown on the ingame map or even not in the game anymore.

Not a bug as if you had even bothered to look they have removed it to make improvements and will be put back in the game later, please read into things before posting them here
