Dodge torture....

Havent had a problem with any of the races, obstacles? sure but first 2-3 races you just have to learn the course, and if theres spawned emergencys, jump out and kill them and you can race 1-3 times before it spawns again.

Its not like we jump into GT or Need for Speed games and hit course records on first try either.... You have to learn, adapt and rince repeat until you perfected your own skills, earn a second here and there until you nail it...

No problemo what so ever with the game since start exept the ones given out by the patches. No bugged mission, no bugged race nada nothing.. Only thing that really has been FUBAR is the pursuits...

Then you must be one of the few lucky ones. Normally I work all day and play at night, and at night is when there is more people on the servers which causes the lag/disconnects/rings not showing up. It feels like the Servers are not optimized yet, and the obstacles are a nuisance to be sure, but I had 2 emergencies spawn on top of each other. Literally had trucks floating in the air above their counter parts, although rare, this was a bit funny to behold.

Haha yeah seen those floting trucks :P even tried going under them in one race :P that didnt work. But as i said i learned that and treated them as they were on the ground on my next run :P

Dont got a pick, but got 3:27 on the dodge race (first atm) Tho last night there were a dude with 3:26 but his "record" is gone now, so that to is probably a bugg, but why care? its not in any way gamebreaking so i have to complain about it (even if it was my record that disapeared). Bugg report it and Feedback it (usualy i use both to be sure it gets trough).

yeah... i know some people have not encountered many issues... a couple of friends even suspect me of exagerating when i say my pursuits do not update...

i have rollers at 20... in my last try a miracle happened and there was no roadblocks, no arkfalls, no unregistering gates... car was handling like a monster truck/hoovercraft hybrid still... still... i managed a 3.32...

so yes if all 9 planets get in line it can be done...but as mentioned before its rare... and its more frustrating when you know you can do it but you did not for some silly bugs you can not control or adapt...

that is my problem...

I managed to get a gold on my first try with a 99er sideway roadblock and a gate that wouldn't show up until I drove almost right past it.... it's not that bad.

Throw this out as well, the dodge handles like a b*tch but the UI got worse as someone mentioned the glaring Co-op text. After the latest "fix" my UI tells me to hit A when I die...but being on PC I am not using a controller. My mind keeps taking over to hit this for that, then I relize it doesn't work cause of the wrong UI icons. Ah well, off to try the dodge event again.

Don't blame Havok, it does a great job with vehicles when its been configured properly.

There is this person with a black challenger by my house, and he rolls around with one from back in the day too. then again the old one might be something else but the black one is the new challenger. He has an exhaust i think bc i have seen them before and do not recall them being so loud.

Anyway he always rips it for a couple seconds down the main blvd at the corner of my block and i go deaf from my doorstep lol. That's good marketing right there, some dude who hits the gas for half a second and makes everyone deaf, not the disgusting puke noise it makes in game lol. The preorder steam truck sounds better!
