    Wtf is my customer support?!

    I have multiple ingame errors keeping me from rewards iv earned days ago and even today and have tickets on all of them but none of the tickets iv ever posted have been replied to in any way. I Paid my way where is my service?

    Yes, please be more specific. No idea what rewards you're talking about.

    Trion Live Chat Support worked for me.

    Go to the TRION site and pick Live Chat Support. It took a few minutes of waiting but they were very helpful and settled all of my problems. They Fixed my account and I got all of the items and perks that I had coming. Try it. I wish you luck.

    For any issue I recommend this as well. It's currently closed for the night, but check it out in the morning.

    Never use tickets, on any form of bug issue...

    It's best to use Livechat, as an ex-activision customer support member, I can tell you with near certianty, they rarilly check them, because their kept busy by Live Chat, and Phone, my assumption, is they run the same way, a chat/call is answered, fixed, you then have a 5 minuet lee-way before the next, which you are to use for checking tickets, and sending info, then back to the next live chat, it's nearly impossible to get to them all.

    We usually had a rule, 5 days old, leave alone. If the customer didn't fix the issue, assume it was fixed without the assistance of a customer support representative. Regardless of the ticket type, this was what we were told. Not because we didn't care, but because we weren't able to do everything... CUstomer Service is human, we have limitations, this is something some customers think isn't true, that were machines, or super human.

    My advice, on your tickets, bump them, mention the issue is still going on and your still waiting for assistance, or use Livechat, and mention the ticket, they'll be able to pull it up, and be up to speed in a second or less.
