I wouldn't say he's OP, but he is annoying as hell. Just remember, he has a pattern. I used overcharge and the shotgun that shoots slugs. Took him out in less than 10 minutes.

I used blur and an smg, it took quite a few attempts but he is not too hard just challenging.
