Number 69 on your map is the Paradise Reputation Vendor. Been there since the start. This is a new Paradise Vendor apparently which sells Dodge Challengers. Unless they are giong to merge the dodges into the PAradise Rep Vendor

So u mean that vendor by Timetrial for Paradise pursuit? He got only 3 cars (one of it already got from vendors sales - crazy plume).

Looks like there are atleast 8 vendors called racing pro and it seems they have all same 3 vehicles.
