Servers down , I think it is so they can load the Dodge Challenge vendors into the game world.

Yes it is. They may be adding the Paradise vendors

It says give an extra 30 minutes for NA servers if your in that area. It should be up by 10am central time or 8am pst, hopefully anyways.

Why does the NA server need another 30 minutes to do what could be done in 30 on the EU server?
