I have seen guys change into girls and vice/versa like theyre changin loadouts! Is this some pc mod?

Is it after an arkfalls? I have seen this after one.

Thats the Generic Joe skin. Sometimes the conole/pc can't render all the different character models at once, so it switches to that skin to make the current load easier. Give it some time and it will go back to normal.

This occurrence is most common around arkfalls or high traffic areas. Consoles will have more problems than computers with this.
