    New game to play??

I've been going between a lot of games recently. I've been making myself play WoW with a buddy but it's to the point for us that it's dead. Too many characters and still nothing to do because the game just feels "meh". I tried RO2, while it was refreshing it was to anime-ish for me to actually take it seriously. I've tried DCUO, SWTOR, Eve and probably a few other.

Is this game worth the 60 dollars to play it? Is there plenty to do that could, and enough variety to not get to boring? I've been watching some videos for a while just can't really decide.

    No.

It's fun for awhile but it's not an rpg, it's a shooter with limited content. You will grow tired of the repetitive game play.

What i've figured out about mmos is that they become great if you have friends that play it, other than that they become dull and restless. Defiance is okay, i like the creativeness.

Honestly, I think it is worth the $60. Just don't buy anything else

This game fully entertained me for well over a month and the game play is very unique. The story is amazing, the tv show is alright. There really is quite a bit here to do. Whether new content comes out or not, I am happy with what I put into the game so far.

And the driving rocks, anytime I get bored, hop in a challenger or ATV and start running stuff over!

I enjoy it but it does feel a bit like an open beta that cost sixty dollars. There is a lot to do and the PvP is great.

It sounds like you have put your money in a bunch of other games and I am sure one more won't hurt. It is fun alone and with some friends. Don't be turned away by all the bashing on the forums since a lot of people race through the story and complain it is too short without actually exploring the game.

It's one of those games that's mediocre now but may be fantastic in the future.

Piles of emphasis on "may." They need to deliver.

The game is fun but would be more fun if it had an active social system like chat. It does not have any kind of active social sytem so it more of a solo play game than an mmo in my opinion. It was fun for about 2 weeks by then I did all the content and without a social system the game is boring.

I now wish I had not spend that $60. I wish I had waited to see if Trion might put a working chat in the game.

No. It is not worth 60. There are a few places selling it for considerably less though even then I'd say it isnt worth it. However if you're satisfied to spend 30-60 bucks for a few weeks of stuff then piddle around every so often otherwise and clench your teeth with some serious bugs/issue otherwise, then this is the game for you.

I spent some 150 hours on the game and I think 60 bucks was well spent.
