    "This account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE"

    I only have one Trion account, it's the one my RIFT subscription is attached to. I just installed the launcher through Steam, but when I log in (using my Trion email and password), I get an error message saying:

    Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE. Please contact Trion Worlds Support.

    I entered the Defiance Pre-Order Key from Steam on the Trion account page as well as the Defiance Deluxe Edition code and both of them show up on my account. So the question is... why can't I get in?

    Anyone else having this issue? Know of a solution?

    Did you run the Steam program or did you download the beta client from your trion worlds account page? If I remember correctly you have to download the beta client, I doubt the steam one will work.

    Steam just DLs the launcher. Ive tried it that way and I've tried using the files I got off the original beta both ways come up with: Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE. Please contact Trion Worlds Support. Now if I just use my original Beta from trion without Steam then I launch into game just fine and see the incredible queues, its craaaazy yo.

    I downloaded it through Steam because the big image popped up in Steam that said "Play the Defiance Beta" (:

    I guess I'll try the beta client to see if that works.

    maybe stop buying rift gold from the farmers, now you aren't entitled to play.... well you aren't entitled to wait in que with us.

    hahaha have you tried contacting your support right now??? its a joke. Why did you guys get rid of phone support, last time I checked that was the real "Live Chat" just saying man.

    *** FYI: You might want to take down the info on your support website that says : "If you can't find what you're looking for on our site, give us a call." Kinda dumb that you state it, when in fact you don't offer phone support.

    I'm having the same problem. Just contacted the support team but I doubt I will get a reply today. Good thing I can still play the PS3 beta
