It's working for us. Finished an arkfall and got 10,700 XP. (10,000 + 7%)

I've noticed an issue with it not displaying sometimes. But a quick log in/log out solves that.

Seems like one of my clan members is running a XP one and it's running.

10,000 just seems like a made-up number.

I didn't post it for debate bud, I'm just posting what I saw. If you can't believe that it's not possible to get 10k XP at an Arfkall, then that's your prerogative.

What Arkfalls are you doing? Every major Arkfall I go to pops 6,500exp on the screen. Minor Arkfalls give +4,000. 10,000 just seems like a made-up number. If you're including mob and boss exp; well that's not a constant. Its different every Arkfall depending on the mobs you are able to tag. Making it nearly impossible to figure out what 7% of that is.

Just create another character, kill something simple, log the xp earned, log into your other char, kill the same mob, and compare.

Just so everyone knows, you don't even need to get the killshot to get the 10,000 XP bonus. You just have to be doing damage to the final Major Arkfall Boss near the end of it's health bar. I'm almost positive of this.

I've gotten the 10k number several more times today, along with my 7% boost. One of those times I had to reload right at the end of the Hellion's HP bar, meaning I couldn't have gotten the killshot. But I still received 10k XP.

If there not guess, what read the ToS, you can't sue them for sthako. Not saying that what there doing is jekked up but still.

if they sell boost that they know are broken or dont work......that would be one hell of a shtakostorm

The loot boost has been broken since Beta 3. Thus far they've done nothing to address it.

If he is paying real money for them (via Bits) and they are not working, and Trion is aware of it and still selling them, he at least has the Consumer Protection Laws on his side (if in the U.S.).

Law suit? Probably not, or it would be purely in small claims. But if the OP is true, Trion is opening a nasty can of worms for itself keeping them up for sale if they aren't working.

+1 i agree...however the case can be made for retail fraud, which by definition can be selling a product you know doesn't work, telling someone on the phone you carry a product that you either don't/are out of stock on, or, last but not least, taking someone's money and not fulfilling the service paid for. you're right though...can o' worms one way or another

Killed a skitterling with character A (both self boost and clan boost for +17%): 4xp
Killed a skitterling with character B (self boost only for +10%): 3xp

It "appears" to be working.
