players names bug?

hi all

before the latest ps3 patch i could look at another player and instantly see their name/clan etc above their heads,but after the latest patch i see nothing,i have checked my settings and all are turned on to enable viewing these.

is this a bug or an intended change?

its not game breaking but it makes it harder to tell who is who,i noticed that when in a group the names sometimes appear above someone's head but not always.

I have the same problem on Xbox no more names, everything is turned on. I had no voice chat either but redownloading the whole game fixed that for me. It works some times now lol still no name though.
